Contrary to common misconceptions that claim those who burn or throw the Holy Quran to the ground will perish, he claimed that nothing has ever happened to him as he has done so with both the Arabic- and Yoruba-language versions of the Quran.
He continued by saying that he has been misled his entire life and that he eagerly anticipates the day he will burn it in order to find out what will happen to him.
