A representative was accosted by immigrants after they claim she sold them a ph%ny Certificate of Sponsorship (COS). They had bought the COS from their home country and planned to use it for work once they arrived in the UK.
However, the agent was posting them, so they were unable to obtain the certificate. When they insisted anyway, the agent later blocked them on social media. However, she was detained by the immigrant, who repeatedly demanded that she produce their COS or return their money.
When the agent attempted to leave by getting into her car, the immigrant stopped her and told her that police had been notified of the incident and were en route.
