A soldier has taken laws into his hands by damaging the the side mirror of some occupants in a car who just returned to Nigeria from the U.S because they cautioned him over his reckless driving.
They captured a video of the officer who held on to the side mirror of their car until he broke it, despite their attempt to reason with him.
