She questioned why Nigerian parents would give their kids names that she couldn’t phantom because they could give their kids any name, she said. In addition to adding some Nigerian names that left her speechless, such as Godspeed, Godspower, ThankGod, and InJesusName, she cited the example of a pair of twins she met who were given the names praise and worship.
She also remarked that it was absurd for a mother to carry a child for nine months only to give them such rid#culous names.
