Former Golden Eaglets star, Akinkunmi Amoo, has been convicted and sentenced to one year imprisonment for s£xual a§§ault by the District Court in Denmark.
The 20-year-old FC Copenhagen star, who was accused of s+xually a§§aulting three women, was sentenced on Friday, June 23.
According to reports, the top player in Danish football was charged with r@pe in a s+xual relationship other than intercourse, as well as attempted r@pe and viol@tions of two more women.
He was found guilty of all three charges in the Copenhagen District Court by a dissenting magistrate on Friday afternoon, and was sentenced to one year imprisonment.
The court also reportedly sl@mmed him with a six-year entry ban to Denmark.
Amoo is said to be appealing the decision, although it is not known when the appeal will go to court.
