She admitted that while she was in charge of filling inhaling gas into balloons, the gas had an adverse effect on her hand, causing her palm and finger to swell. The gas had clearly caused swelling, which was visible.
The swollen palm eventually peeled off, but after some time it healed and went back to normal.
