The woman with the handle claimed she checked into the hotel on June 6 and was assigned a butler by the name of Usham who reportedly took advantage of the fact that she was by herself to sexually abuse her. She claimed that once the crime was committed, she reported the matter to the hotel administration, but they allegedly declined to take any action.
She claimed that the hotel administration claimed that the matter was solely between Usham and the police and had nothing to do with the establishment.
