He claimed that secondhand clothing is h@rmful to the country’s health, which is another justification for the government to deem it appropriate for banning it as no one is sure who or how it was used. Additionally, tra¥fickers who want to use Nigeria as a garbage dump shouldn’t be tolerated.
He continued by saying that because Nigeria is endowed with both material and human resources, it is important to prevent anything from undermining those resources, such as the importation of used garments.
