Residents of Kano lament the rapidly increasing crim#nal activity committed by workers purportedly hired by Governor Abba Yusuf to demolish “illegal” structures.

Kano State residents have lamented the rapidly increasing crim#nal activities of laborers purportedly hired for the dem%lition after the state governor, Abba Yusuf, started dem%lishing structures on government land sold by Abdullahi Ganduje’s prior administration.

The putative contractors are accused of r%bbing the state’s businesses. Residents have complained that this move has left the state in a shambles and that the laborers are taking advantage of the situation to loot people of their possessions.
