A 40-year-old man, Rotimi Olufayo, has been arrested by the police in Osun State for allegedly st@bbing his younger brother, Oke Oluwaseyi, 28, in Ilare-Ijesa area of the state.
It was gathered that the father-of-two att@cked his brother and st@bbed him with a knif£ on Wednesday, May 31.
According to a source, trouble started after their father passed away last month leaving behind an uncompleted building among other properties.
“Oluwaseyi has been avoiding Rotimi since their father passed because they were having issues over the properties their father left behind.
He came to Ilare yesterday to make sure the uncompleted building his father left is completed, not knowing that Rotimi will att@ck him over the same building.
Rotimi st@bbed him in the stomach and he’s currently in critical condition in an undisclosed hospital. Rotimi was apprehended while trying to run away and has since been handed over to the police,” the source said.
