He’s expressed surprise, saying It is sh@meful, l@cking in d¥gnity and self-worth. An adult male officer in uniform who is collecting tolls or taxes. He is certain that when they collect, they will notice people’s demeanors, their disc%mfort, and their aches, yet they still proceed with the collection.
He said, “Too bad,” not knowing part of what they do, but he was nonetheless shocked to see the bad behaviors getting worse rather than better.
