A Nigerian man has questioned a ‘culture’ he sees everyday in the UK.
He stated that he spent the majority of his day in the UK observing people who were well attired but were sported putting on unclean footwear.
He admitted that the majority of individuals act in a way that leads him to believe British culture is at play when they are well attired but wearing filthy shoes.
