A 30-year-old security guard has been arrested for allegedly k#llinghis 12-year-old sister over suspicion that she had s+x with someone.
Police sources said it was very likely a misunderstanding as the girl had reached menarche – the first time that a girl menstruates – but the brother thought she had gotten physical with someone.
The girl lived with her 30-year-old brother and sister-in-law in Ulhasnagar, said senior inspector of Ulhasnagar police station Madhukar Kad. When the brother noticed the bl@@dstains on her clothes, he accused her of having an affair and began hara§§ing her.
The child, however, did not have knowledge of the menstrual cycle and when the brother questioned her about the bl@@dstains, she was unable to explain.
“He accused her of having an affair with someone,” Kad told Times of India. He also sing£d her with tongs on the mouth, the back and other parts of body due to which she s¥ffer£d severe b¥rn inj¥ries, said the officer.
India Today reports that the minor was kick£d and p¥nch£d continuously for three days and as her condition deteriorated, she was taken to the central hospital in Ulhasnagar where she was declared d£ad. However, a case of m¥rder has been registered under section 302 of Indian Penal Code.
