An Anambra man has explained why he can’t send a Joe Blake chilling in his backyard to heaven.
According to him, killing of Joe Blake is illegal in their culture and when such is done,it requires a proper funeral arrangement which he does not have at the present .
When the man went to the village to honor his mother, the incident happened in the state of Anambra.
