God’s judgment will soon come upon wick£d leaders — Pst. Kumuyi

The General Superintendent of Deeper Christian Life Ministry Pastor William Kumuyi has warned perpetrators of evil at all levels to desist forthwith, saying that the day of fi£rce anger of God is nearer than they could imagine.

In his sermon tagged, “The Striking Prophecy of the Smitten, Smiting Stone,” which was transmitted through satellite on Friday Kumuyi, warned the people not to think that God does not see all the atrocities and misgivings going on across the nation.

While urging believers to hold fast their faith, Kumuyi encouraged the people not to think that God has abandoned them in their plight, stressing that the day in which God will judge kings and sinners and p¥nish them for their evil is around the corner.

Kumuyi, who drew his text from Daniel 2 vs 44-45; Isaiah 53:4-5, described Jesus as the stone whose builder rejected but has become the cornerstone, adding that whoever submits to the stone, confesses and repents from his sins shall be forgiven, but anyone that rejects him shall be crushed by the stone.

“The kings of the world are presently ruling but the time is coming God Himself will set and appoint a day in which He will judge the world through his Son, Jesus Christ, the Stone whom He has appointed.

It may seem now that God has abandoned the world, and is not seeing all the atrocities being committed, but He is seeing them, and will judge the world in righteousness by His Son whom He has chosen at His own time.

“A day in which all inhabitants of the earth will tremble. A day of darkness, thick darkness, a unique day which no one has seen before. A day of judgment, a day of fear and terribleness which no one can stand,” he said
