Lawmaker Ado- Dogwa has revealed that he needs N70million cash to conduct his election.
The legislator claims that a member of the House of Representatives is only required to have N70 million in cash to conduct his election, while the President is required to have N1 billion for election logistics.
He stated that the necessary funding has been allocated by law to oversee their election process and are to handle logistics required in elections i.e party agents who work in locations where cash is the only accepted form of payment.
Additionally, every politician, irrespective of party, will be at a disadvantage if this money is not given.
