Central Bank of Nigeria Governor Godwin Emefiele has revealed to Nigerians why they should allow the Naira redesigned policy work.
According to him, he claimed that the Naira redesign strategy was primarily intended to address the issues of lowering corruption and illicit financial feuds, as well as some issues with the economy and lowering the level of insecurity in the nation—the three tripods of the current administration’s policy.
However, he pleaded with Nigerians to support the program since the Supreme Court and the President of the nation had issued an order allowing the old Naira notes to be used until April 10th.
