An elderly man sobs inconsolably in a bank because he was unable to withdraw money, according to Naira notes scarcity.
This is a result of the country’s limited supply of fresh Naira notes, which has put many people in unfortunate circumstances. A senior citizen who was unable to withdraw money from a bank due to the shortage of Naira notes sobbed there.
