Minister of Works and Housing, Mr Babatunde Raji Fashola has lamented about his inability to access cash just like many other Nigerians who have been groaning about the same situation for the past few weeks.
He made the declaration while he was being interviewed by a media house, as he also admitted that the new monetary policy has worked favorably.
