Residents go the extra mile to protect their transformer in Benin, Edo State

In Benin, Edo State, residents have gone the extra mile to protect their transformer.

As seen in the video, the people of the community has taken matters into their hands as they protect their transformer traditionally due to the reoccurrence of stealing of transformer body parts, which has been rampant in the area and has become a problem to the supply of electricity in the community,  but with the introduction of traditional security, things have changed for better.
