After being told to pay #500 to get #10,000 new note from POS operator, a lady has said we want change but we ourselves did not change.

She said this while explaining what she experienced before getting the new naira note from a POS operator.

She added that the POS operator are using this new note policy to extort from their customers. she also employed others to desist from this bad behavior.
