A second army lieutenant has been captured fl%gging her junior colleague at the female corps in Abuja
It was gathered that trouble started after the lieutenant sl@pped the solider and the soldier reiterated.
The lieutenant was said to have ordered her colleagues to hold the solider while she mercilessly fl%gged her.
According to reports, the soldier was also locked up by the lieutenant.
