Media personality Stella has warned couples, that wedding isn’t an avenue for them to crowdfund.
She said ladies are of the opinion of creating a WhatsApp group for friends of the bride which normally should not be more than 6 but now we now have between 20 and 30 girls on the WhatsApp group, with the intention of raising money for the bridal shower.
Most of the people on the group are friends from secondary school who they don’t know their current status and they are also ins#lted for not paying the contributions. Bridal friends should be people the bride has relationship with, who can decide to do anything for her as they wish and it should not be compelled.
