An elderly landlord has been captured exchanging p¥nches with his young tenant over alleged five-months unpaid rent.
It was gathered that the brawl ensued after the landlord confronted the tenant over the rent.
In the video obtained, the Landlord could be heard c¥rsing the young man as he pulls him by his shirt.
