Operatives of the National Dr¥g Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have intercepted 5,960 pills of Roh¥pnol concealed in 60 packs of indomie noodles at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos.
The concealment were going to Johannesburg, South Africa, when they were intercepted at the SAHCO import shed of airport on Wednesday, December 14.
NDLEA’s spokesperson, Femi Babafemi, in a statement on Sunday, December 18, said a female freight agent, Olaleye Adeola, has already been arrested in connection with the noodles consignment.
