A motorist has captured the moment he accosted and questioned some Vehicle Inspection Officials (V.I.O) for driving around with using their seatbelts and how they dismissed him casually.
The man got down from his car and confronted the officers who were driving in their work van, but didn’t have their seatbelts on. When he asked them why they were violating the law they said they were on patrol duties, but he disagreed with them and accused them of living a double standard and hypocritical lifestyle.
