A banker has lamented the poor and wretched state of some Naira notes deposited in the bank by a customer as the redesign of the new naira notes takes effect.
He captured a video of the terribly mutilated bills that were brought into the bank as he supported the ongoing naira redesign by the central bank of Nigeria.
