Lagos police officers seen a$$aulting a bus driver who allegedly refused to ‘settle’ them

A group of police officers were on Monday, November 14, captured mercilessly a$$aulting a bus driver who allegedly refused to ‘settle’ them in Ikeja, Lagos.

It was gathered that the officers allegedly att@cked the bus driver after he refused to give them money during a stop-and-search.

According to an eyewitness, “This happened today in front of First bank at Airport bustop, right after PWD b/stop, Lagos.

The bus driver was asked to pay a fee after he gave them his vehicle papers. He refused to pay and that angered the officers who started be@ting him.

I don’t actually know what he was charged for but the driver kept saying his paper is complete and so he can’t give them any money.”

In the video obtained, one of the officers who was wearing a t-shirt and jeans, can been seen repeatedly p¥nching the bus driver while accusing him of blocking the road.
