A Canada-based Nigerian man has revealed that they wanted to finish them with bills as he takes active steps to cut down his expenses.

The man said he barb his hair twice a month and it cost him $26 at every time he does this, but last week the price has increased to $32 making $64 per month so he decided to help himself by buying a clipper of $6.99 to cut the hair himself since there are other bills to pay at the end of the month.
