Staff and customers of a first generation bank were on Monday treated to a dramatic scene of a man who had transaction issues in Lafenwa, Ogun State.
According to a source, the man had gone to the bank’s ATM booth to make some cash withdrawals when his card got stuck in the machine. He tendered a complaint at the customer service care unit of the bank but was met with disappointment when he was told his card couldn’t be retrieved from the machine.
“Apparently, the man had a flight to catch and came to use the ATM to withdraw some money. His card got stuck and he went into the banking hall to lay a complaint. He presented his National Identification Card and pleaded that they retrieve his card from the machine.
The staff told him that he would have to request for a new card as it was with the bank’s protocol. The man continued pleading but the staff refused to yield. Then, in a bid to make a statement, he quickly unclad himself right in the presence of customers and staff,” an eyewitness reports.
In the video as obtained by Instablog9ja, the man can be seen p¥lling off his clothes as staff and customers try to calm him down.
