The Lagos State Police Command says autopsy conducted on the co¥pse of Ifeanyi, singer Davido’s son, confirmed that the three-year-old d#ed as a result of dr@wning.
The command’s spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, disclosed this in a chat with Channels Television on Saturday, November 5.
Recall that Ifeanyi d#ed inside the family’s pool in Banana Island, on Monday, October 31.
He said that the little child’s nanny and cook, who were arrested in connection to the incident are still being quizzed.
“The two suspects are still with us. Autopsy has been concluded. The autopsy confirmed that he (Ifeanyi) d#ed by drowning,” he said.
On whether the two principal suspects will be charged in court, the police spokesman said, “I don’t want to preempt that. Investigation is still ongoing.”
