Journalist Kemi Olunloyo has proposed a compulsory drug test for students before they embark on the NYSC scheme as avenue to curtail the rising menace of drug abuse among youths.
She insisted that no student should be allowed to participate in the NYSC program without first undergoing a compulsory drug test, as she lamented the high rate of drug abuse among corp members.
