Some motorists and eyewitnesses have expressed their outrage after a VIO vehicle rammed into a car and left it completely wrecked while following one-way to effect an arrest in Lugbe, Abuja
An eyewitness captured the wreckage in a video as other motorist and onlookers stood around and complained bitterly at the accident caused by the VIO officials as a result of their recklessness.
