Media Personality Uti Nwachukwu has expressed his displeasure at the slow response of the health emergency services in Lagos State after he made calls concerning an accident victim but his calls proved abortive.
He lamented how the emergency services allegedly acted in an unprofessional manner by not responding on time to the victim who was in a critical condition.
