There was great jubilation at Keke ‘B’ Millennium City in Chikun LGA of Kaduna State on Friday, August 12, following the release of 35 persons kidn@pped from the community.
It was gathered that bandits invaded the community three weeks ago and abd#cted the victims from their houses.
According to reports, they were released by their abd#ctors on Friday night after a payment of N2.5 million as ransom.
One of the kidna@p victims is reportedly still in captivity because his family was unable to meet the bandits’ demand of two motorcycles for his release.
