An enraged man has revealed that he chose to take laws in his hands by destroying a speed bump on a road he plys regularly because it wasn’t erected in the appropriate place.
He defended his actions when he was confronted by a concerned onlooker, as he claims the necessary procedure and protocols weren’t followed before the speed bump was erected, thereby it has rendered the road unpleasant to motorists.
