A businessman identified as Simon Oko is currently chilling in police custody after he publicly a§§aulted his wife over a misunderstanding in Meiran, Lagos.
It was gathered that the suspect, who is notorious for be@ting his wife, Glory aka Mummy destiny, att@cked her at her hair salon on Friday, August 5, and got accosted by eyewitnesses.
“Simon’s wife is a hairdresser and has been enduring domestic v#olence for years. He always get away with his act as their relatives intervene and won’t sanction him for his actions.
On Friday morning, he approached his wife who was at work and started p#nching her till she bl€d. Residents who heard her scre@m for help quickly rescued her from him.
We learnt that he doesn’t take care of his kids as they had three kids but two d#ed. However, Glory agreed that her ab¥ser be arrested as she has endured more than enough in her marriage. We hope the appropriate authorities will look into this matter as this isn’t the first time Simon will be arrested for domestic vsp#olence and be set free,” a source familiar with the incident said.
