A yet-to-be identified police officer expressed his grievance with a passer-by in a br¥tal manner.
It was gathered that the incident happened recently in Ekori, Cross River State. A video making the rounds, shows the irate police officer using a m@tchete to fl@g the victim ignoring the pleas of eyewitnesses.
In the video, the police officer can be heard saying the victim ch@llenged him and in a show of power, he decided to use the we@pon to a§sault the victim.
