Two candidates of the recently concluded West African Examinations Council (WAEC), Oladehinde Fuwad, 21, and 18-year-old Salawu Qoyum, were captured in a video mercilessly fl@gging one of their female colleagues.
It was gathered that the duo ass@ulted the girl, identified simply as Ebere, after she summoned the courage to disposed the alleged fetish soap they were using to bath.
According to a source, “I was a WAEC candidate in Ayobo area of Lagos and this was what happened in the hostel where my tutor placed us. These boys were our hostel mates. Our tutor joined both boys and girls in the same hostel. We are all WAEC candidates. They used to be@t girls.
One midnight, they soaked koboko inside water and sand to use it to be@t the girls but fortunately I ran away from the hostel and got help. The area boys I got help from told me to go back to the hostel and assured me nothing would happen.
Immediately I got to the hostel, I was given a sl@p on my face. I could have retaliated but I couldn’t because the boys were already preparing to be@t me. None of the girls supported me because they were all sc@red.
The girls were b#llied, they don’t even use to allow us sleep at night, sometimes they get a bucket of water and start sprinkling it on our body. They even take our foodstuffs and money and there is nothing we could do about it.
They st@le Ebere money, foodstuffs and hid all her clothes. They are always sm#king and using horr#ble soaps and ch@rm. The girl is from the East so she knew a little about the soaps and ch@rms that they were using and she said it was going to backf#re on all of us in the hostel.
So she decided to disposed the soaps and ch@rms they were using that was why they be@t her and all the girls in the hostel excluding two who were supporting them.”
