CCTV has captured the moment a man tactically pilfered a phone from a store in Ozoro, Delta state.
The guy has ask the one of the sales girls for something and in the process, he had dropped a nylon on the girls phone . He stylishly used the nylon to drag the phone and eventually picked it up. He also ensure he bought something from the store and took some time so that he wouldn’t be notice.
