Some Muslim pilgrims has called out the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria over alleged maltre@t ent.
Doyin Kukoyi, one of the alleged maltre@ted pilgrims said, large amount of money has been paid for their traveling expenses, they have all been issued visa and on their arrival to the airport for their flight they were told the airspace has been closed and a quick rescue flight will be provided by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) which has not been provided at the moment.
Furthermore, she said, the chairman NAHCOM was seen to have gone through the back door and boarded a flight leaving for Hajj and they have been stranded in the airport. Others who couldn’t afford to pay the huge amount had returned back home.
She is calling for the help of the Minister for Interior to come to their rescue against such injustice.
