A concerned citizen has lamented the unhygienic state of University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital, while expressing his disappointment at the neglect of the facilities within the premises.
He captured a video as he moved around the premises of hospital as he exposed the rot and dilapidation that has rendered the medical centre an eyesore.
