A 41-year-old Nigerian man, Obinna Igbokwe, who sh@t his wife and her grandmother point-blank before fleeing with their three-month-old baby in Texas, USA, has been confirmed de@d.

The unfortunate incident started on Wednesday evening, June 1, when deputies were called to a sh@@ting on Aldine Westfield and Rayford and found two women who had been sh@t in the head.

According to the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, Igbokwe sh@t his wife, identified as Tangela Igbokwe, after she told him she wanted a divorce. She is currently hospitalized and in critical condition.

He is also accused of sh@@ting his wife’s grandmother, identified as Linda Larkins. She d#ed at the scene, ABC13 reports. The sh@@ting reportedly happened in front of the suspect’s 14-year-old, who ran from the home to get help.

After the sh@@tings, Obinna took off with with his 3-month-old son in a 2008 white Honda Accord but later dump the boy at a hotel and said he would be right back, but never returned.

At about 1:05 a.m., officers with the Ennis Police Department located Obinna’s white Honda and tried to stop him. After a short chase, the Honda stopped in a parking lot, where officers said they heard one g#nshot come from inside the car.

Police said they tried to save the suspect’s life and called for medical help, but he d#ed at a Dallas hospital at about 5:20 a.m.

The baby, Mansa, was unharmed and has been reunited with his family.
