A lady has narrated the details of what she and others were told to do at the INEC office in Anambra State, before they could collect their PVC.
According to her the INEC staff brought out brooms and instructed them to sweep their office premises before they met their demands. She said the INEC staffs said that they would attend to people that comply to their instruction of sweeping their office.
