Writer Efuribe, has warned Nigerians in diaspora not to reduce their lifespan by over working.
He said, most Nigerians work for more than 55hours per week, without respect for weekends and holidays.
According to World Health Organization (WHO), working for more than 55 hours per day reduces the lifespan of individuals.
Most Nigerians use their holidays to visit families and attend parties, this is contrary to the objective of holidays, which is to make workers rest and become more productive.
