Stray b#llet k#lls 25-yr-old bride-to-be as soldiers engage hoodlums in a g#n b@ttle in Anambra

A bride-to-be, Lilian Onyinyechukwu Nwabuike, was k#lled by a stray b#llet allegedly fired by soldiers in Agulu, Anaocha LGA of Anambra State.

It was gathered that the unfortunate occurred on Saturday afternoon, April 30.

According to reports, the 25-year-old lady, whose wedding was slated for next week, was h#t by the stray b#llet when security operatives engaged some g#nmen in a sh@@t out at the military post.

Reports had it that the g#nmen stormed the place in three different vehicles and opened fire on the security operatives, who quickly returned fire. Three of the hoodlums were k#lled and others sustained b#llet wounds.

The deceased was laid to rest on Friday, May 6, at her husband’s house.
