A motivational speaker by name Mercy has spoken against selling a vehicle worth N2.5m to a 17-year-old.
The woman in an interview insinuated that people who do such sales contribute to the menace in the society and shouldn’t blame the leaders for poor governance. This comes at a time when fraudulent activities by youngsters popularly called ‘yahoo’ is on a rise.
