A tanker that exploded on Friday morning, April 22, at Ajegunle Bus-Stop, around Alagbado, on the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway, has claimed the life of a 15-year-old boy, Oluwtobi Lawal.

Recall that the tanker conveying 45,000 litres of petrol fell and spilled its contents while negotiating a bend to a filling station in the area where the fuel was supposed to be discharged.

It later exploded at 3am while some miscr#ants were scooping fuel, burning shops and three vehicles.

The victim’s mom, who was seen wailing uncontrollably in a trending video, revealed that he was preparing for West African Senior School Certificate Examination and Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.
