A resident doctor working with the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital (UCTH), Dr. Crystal Akpan, has reportedly committed su*cide by drinking a po*sonous substance.
According to ChannelTelevision, although it’s unclear why he took his life, unconfirmed report said that Dr. Akpan may have taken his life after failing a professional exam which he had written for some years without success.
The deceased who worked in Cardiology Department of the hospital was married with three kids.
