Marine cadet d*es in a boat mishap in Delta State

Popo Joshua, a year-3 marine engineering cadet of the Nigeria Maritime University, Kurutie, Delta State, has been pronounced d*ad after he drowned in a river.

It was gathered that the unfortunate incident happened on Friday, October 1, when the deceased was involved in a boat mishap.

According to a source, “The boat driver tried his best to rescue Popo but unfortunately he drowned. His body is yet-to-be found. A staff identified as Mercy who was spotted entering the boat, is d*ad. Her body was found and has been sent home for burial.”
